When a customer calls Riley Electrical a convenient (no obligation) appointment will be arranged. It’s important to note that you will be talking direct with the person who conducts the sale, does the ordering, the installation and the maintenance. We do not have sales people. We are personally involved every step of the way.
Once ordered, delivery and installation begin shortly after. Riley Electrical provides a “Turnkey” project, handling the delivery, electrical installation, gas line installation, permits and inspections. If LP Gas tanks are required, we will refer you to a local Propane Company that we work with to complete the project. Again, during the installation you will be dealing with the same people who came out on the initial sales call.
During the In-Home Consultation we will listen to what you desire to accomplish with your generator, considering what your needs are. We’ll examine your Electrical System, recommend the appropriate generator and transfer switch and locate a desirable placement for the generator.
Once installed you want to be sure your generator is kept at peak performance level ready for the next Utility Power loss. Riley Electrical offers Pre-Paid Planned Maintenance Agreements. Once or twice a year (depending on the plan selected) we will go through your generator following a thorough check off list which includes cleaning, changing oil, spark plugs, filters and complete inspection and testing of the generator.
